Therapy

Yesterday I went back to therapy. I had taken a break for some time. I'd been doing virtual sessions for a while. But yesterday I was in person and met my therapist for the first time. It was a surreal experience.

There was a certain presence in the room. Sitting face to face with my therapist, it felt like a supernatural spirit was with us. The dialogue around anxiety and depression gave me chills. This was an indescribable feeling.

I walked out of my session feeling great. My therapist stated she's seen how I've grown in the past several months. This session was a refresher. Prior to yesterday, I hadn't had therapy in several weeks. But evidently, some growth happened in-between.

Like I said, while being in the room, I felt a great energy. God was with us. And after this first session back, Lord knows where we'll go next.
